Who we are

Framework Branding is a trade name of Framework Tech Ltd., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada. We are the controller of the personal information described here. For any privacy question or request, contact info@frameworkbranding.com.

What we collect

This website is deliberately light on data collection. There are no accounts, no payments, and no contact form that submits to us.

• Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records which pages you visit, how you arrived, approximate location derived from your IP address, and general device and browser information. Nothing is stored and no analytics data is sent until you accept.
• Booking a call. Our booking page embeds Cal.com. If you book, the details you enter — such as your name, email address and any notes — are collected by Cal.com and shared with us so we can attend the call.
• Email. If you email us, we receive whatever you send, including your address and message.

We do not enable access logging on our web servers, so we keep no independent record of visits beyond the analytics described above.

Cookies and your choice

Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them. Until then, Google Analytics runs in a consent-denied state and stores nothing on your device. We use no advertising or tracking pixels.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using cookie settings, or by clearing cookies and site data in your browser. Declining does not limit anything on this site.

The Cal.com booking widget on our booking page may set its own cookies inside that embed, governed by Cal.com's privacy policy rather than ours.

Why we process it

• Analytics — on the basis of your consent, to understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
• Enquiries and booked calls — to respond to you and to take steps toward providing services you asked about.

Who else is involved

We keep third parties to a minimum. Each of these processes some data on our behalf:

• Google (Analytics) — website usage measurement, only with your consent.
• Cal.com — scheduling for discovery calls.
• Amazon Web Services — hosting and content delivery for this website.
• Lark — our business email.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Where your information goes

We operate from Canada and work with clients in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where information is transferred out of the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on the transfer safeguards offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics. Emails and booking records are kept while there is an active or reasonably expected business relationship, and then deleted when they no longer serve a purpose.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or restrict or object to how we use it. You can withdraw consent for analytics at any time. To make a request, email info@frameworkbranding.com. We will respond within the time your local law allows.

If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your data protection authority — in Canada the Office of the Privacy Commissioner, and in the United Kingdom the Information Commissioner's Office.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on the site.
